Such activities as planning a modern kitchen, making a survey of the nation ' s trends in agriculture, or constructing a contem- porary bookshelf serve as a vent for the development of a student ' s skills and natural talents; thus, a foundation is laid for many who plan to enter an occupation imme- diately after graduation. Filling out record books constitutes much of these future farmers ' class period. To make the study of child care more interesting, young homemakers constructed a bulletin board of their baby pictures.
