Whether it be a great pass or a game-saving tackle, the Caballeros take it all in stride. Sometimes the effort may not seem worth the price, but the out come often sees the Caballeros on top. We see unwary Coach Donaldson re- clining on the practice dum- mies se@ming not to let the strain of everyday practice get him down. This year’s Junior Varsity ).V. Reco rds and Freshman Football teams showed great promise as future 6-2 Season Flowing Wells Varsity teams. The JV team was led to a res- pectable 6 wins to 2 losses J V Football season by coaches Lee Dobyns and Robert Hamil. Two of the 1969-70 players responsible for this fine record were Gabino San- Score board date and Dale Savage. The Frosh Team, directed by new coaches James Kennicutt and Clyde Courtney, finished their season with a 2 wins to 5 losses 14 Eloy 49 Nogales 26 Buena 42 Bisbee record. Mark Jacobs and Jeff 42 Globe Stanley proved their value by 14 C.D.O. making game-winning contri- 26 Miami butions. Both have the quali- 42 S. Manuel fications and ability to carry on the winning tradition at FW.
