Lettermen Bring Out Athlete’s Prestige The two main objectives of the Lettermen’s Club are to add to the prestige of the athlete and to set them a- part from the rest of the stu- dent body. To become a member, the boy must have a Varsity letter in any sport and he must have the desire to be in the club, come to the meetings, and to pay the dol- lar dues. The’ officers of the club are: Joe Stanley; President, Terry Van Wie: Vice-Presi- dent, and Wally Vette: Sec- retary- Treasurer. The Lettermen have sold programs at the home foot- ball games, programs at the F.W. Invitational and Dive- sional Wrestling Tourna- ments, football almanacs, and they bought the special sweaters for the club mem- bers and coaches. They are 51 going to put on the Letter- men’s Ball and they are plan- ning to buy blazers for the traveling athletic teams. The Lettermen are: 1st Row L-R: J. Bertoldo, M.Anderson, P.Hastings, D. Key Club Finds Key to Success Sponsoring school and community activities, The Key Club members have had a rather enjoyable year. Spon- sored by Mr. P. Lavin and Mr. J. McCormick, the club played host to the Harlem Clowns as they slaughtered our faculty team with their hilarious antics.
