Elected by the parents, the members of the School Board donate many hours of service. They help formulate ideas and philosophy which give direc- tion to Flowing Wells Schools. Mr. James Lenihan holds the position of Director of Special Services and edits the district Newsletter. Mrs. lola Frans, Director of Elementary Education, has been an integral part of the growth of Flowing Wells Schools. Frans School was named in her honor. Mr. John L.
