A TRIBUTE TO A GREAT MAN r 1909-1980 E.J. Wranosky was a dedicated man, both to his family and to his community. For 29 years, C1946-19751, he served as superintendent to the Flour Bluff Independent School District. He also served as the director of the First National Bank of Flour Bluff and was a member of the executive committee. Mr. Wranosky also belonged to the following organizations: The Texas State Teachers, Association of School Admin- istrators Executive Committee. He also was a lifetime member of the National Education Association. Mr. Wranosky was an effective superintendent whose only aim was to provide a better education for each.
