The Naval Air Station Protestant Chapel invited the choir to sing at a special Thanksgiving service. They also enjoyed a luncheon provided by the chaplains at the Naval Air Station Club. The Band sailed to Vera Cruz for the fifth year living up to the Mexicans expectations of their performance. ln addition to viewing the exciting sights of Mexico, band members enjoyed an exceptional treat when they arrived in Mexico by way of the Gulf on a Navy ship. Corps style brought out each aspect of the band. 16
