SHAW Business Manager From the first registration payment to the final diploma fee, a student comes in frequent con- tact with the Business Office, which is under Mr. Shaw ' s supervision. His many other respon- sibilities include the operation and maintenance of all University property. AllMINIST DR. MELVENE D. HARDEE Coordinator of Guidance and Counseling The Coordinator of Guidance and Counseling supervises the program of educational counseling and the in-service training of teacher-counselors. MR. GLOVER E. TULLY Director of Vocational Guidance Mr. Tully is responsible for developing and carrying forward a complete program of vocational guidance for students.

FLOURNOY Director of Personnel Records Records of social adjustment, scholastic progress, and participation in university activities are compiled in the Personnel Rec- ords office, end made available to counselors, faculty members, and administrative officers in counseling students. Freshman Orientation Week and the Junior Counselors hsip the freihmen women adjust to college life. Miss Lynn, assistant Dean of Women, plans and directs these programs as well OS handling absences, withdrawals, and recommendations for all women students.

MR. JOHN NEWTON BAKER Director of Public Relations The Director of Public Relations, Mr. Baker, assists in interpreting the University to the State end the public at large. RATION MR. ROBERT T. LEIGH Associate Director of Field Services and Studies As Associate Director of Field Service and Studies, Mr. Leigh directs the University ' s publications program and extends serv- ices the University can render to the State. DR. THOMAS J. BROOKS Director of Health Services Dr. Brooks, head physician and Director of Health Services, renders the necessary medical and health services to the student body and works closely with the faculty and student groups in the development of proper health experiences.
