They have been prepared intellectually in the classroom, learning theory that will be prac- ticed at their job. They have been prepared socially by the organiza- tins they belong to, learning to work with their peers in different circumstances. Each individual leaves here ready to climb to the TOP of the success ladder. They now leave what some call the best years of their lives, but F.I.T. ' s se- niors are FIT TO GO TO THE TOP. 17
