We are the oldest fraternity at F.I.T., this chapter being estab- lished in 1968. We have a fine old house with an interesting history all it’s own. It is nearly a century old, but is in great shape and a landmark in Melbourne Beach. We are very proud of it. The house is only a block from the beach, and about five miles from campus. That may seem like a long way, but we like it that way. Most of the brothers have cars, so there is never any problem with transportation to and from campus. It’s a chance to leave the “school” atmosphere behind and live your own life. We have an active membership of about twenty-five this fall, whose courses of study range from flight to biology to engineer- ing. Brotherhood, success, and some of the best friends you'll ever have are common by-products of the Chi Phi fraternity. Look for the men in the white shirts with red Greek letters on the front. Members: Michael Amend, Joseph Cordery, Mark Dettman, Paul DiMauro, Trentan Hake, Paul Henderson, Michael Jurist, Mi- chael Lynch, Michael Molloy, Michael Nagle, Robert Okner, Richard Sanders, Robert Smith, Peter Wagner, Jason Weinger, James Wilder.
