We, the editors of this 1957 edition. would like to thank our publishers, the Taylor Company, for their co-operation, our photographers, the Ward Studio, for their fine pictures, our advisor, Mr. Hermiller, for his encouragement, and the class for their willingness to work, The Senior Class has endeavored to put in this edition of the Floridian those things which we all remember most from our school days at Florida. We hope this annual will bring back the best of memo ries in years to come. Eunice and Carolyn A Word to the Seniors There are two things to aim at in life--first, to get what you want, and after that, to enjoy it. Only the wisest of mankind achieve the second. To you seniors, set your goal in life and always strive to get that goal, Always remember education makes a people easy to lead, but difficult to drive, easy to govem, but impossible to enslave and the most completely lost of all days is the one in which we have not laughed.
