62 The School of Pharmacy recog- nizes its responsibility to prepare stu- dents for the professional and busi- ness aspects of retail pharmacy and to provide a fundamental background for further study in other areas of the profession. The curriculum is designed to equip the student for citi- zenship in the world of intellectual and moral responsibility, based on a thorough knowledge of his own pro- fession.
