A lesson can be learned from an old English proverb, Time and tide wait for no man. Man has been successful in space flights to the moon, but he cannot control the tide or inhibit the flow of time. We cannot control time, but we can control our activities with which we displace it. In our age of high technology, wasted time is costly. Time creates changes, and we must be prepared to meet them in today's highly competitive marketplace. We are dedicated to preparing you to meet the challenges that will ultimately face you in the future. We feel you have made a wise investment of your time - an investment that will appreciate with time - in pursuing your education at Florence-Darlington Technical College. We want you to always remember the time spent at Florence- Darlington TEC as rewarding and enjoyable.
