They discuss any important business. They listen to girls who have willfully violated rules and know that they must be punished. They make plans and suggestions for the improvement of student life. They make recommendations to the college in the interest ol' the students. On Wednesday morn- ing during Chapel period, the Council discusses with the entire student body the conclusions it reached the night before. The Council serves the student body.
