'D'ia, natic tcc After weeks of worry and changing of classes, Mr. Callane and the faculty arranged to have a dramatics class. This was made up of the first semester English class and all the seniors that could arrange their periods to fit the schedule. All of the work of the dramatics class led to the production of the senior class play, Spring Fever.' It was a three-act farce produced by special arrangement with Row-Peterson and Company. The cast consisted of six men and six women. The scene of the play took place in a boarding house near Brookfield College. We gained practice before the footlights by dramatizing one-act plays. We also journeyed to Indianapolis to see a stage-play entitled High Button Shoes, at the Murat Theatre- The teacher and coach of the class play was Mrs. Effie Douglas.
