Day On October 1st, some 25 boys, including 10 veterans, reported to Coach Risinger for their first practice. Faced with a rebuilding job, Coach Risinger successfully developed a team that came through the ranks to win 12 out of 24 games. Even though most teams may have split-up from losing this great percent of its games, this team kept working and con' stantly trying to improve its ability to “play ball. .1. McCiarken, .1. Joe should be congratulated on his fine work this year for bringing this team to its very peak of standards. It isn't a mere hobby to be coach of a basketball team, it's a real job. Joe will back our saying of that.
