BNW AML deme We,the members ofthe class of '52, beingthe truest of sports and in the best of spirits, having attained ample knowledge to graduate, do set pen to this document. Section I To our class mother, Mrs. Croft; Mr. Hill, and all the faculty, we leave a piece of our hearts and many thanks for their guidance and understanding. To the Junior Class we leave our undiscovered talents and hope that they will develop them. Section II The following things the senior girls bequeath to Ruth Moore with the hope that she becomes Miss America someday: Lillian Carney's legs, Doris Emory's eyes, Doris Wilkie's figure, Betty Jean Fletcher's hair, Betty Kent's personality, Reva Ballard's smile, Willie Mae West's arms, Roberta Russell's nose, Martha Qualls' waistline, Myra Sue Walker's hands, Lucille Connor's teeth. Now won't she be a beauty! The Senior Class leaves their composite knowledge of English to Earl Garren and Graden Souther with the hope that they gain a little enthusiasm and appreciation for their native tongue. The '52 class leaves their secret of harmonius singing to Wilma Jean Owensbyand hope she will pass it on to the other members of the class. Betty Kent leaves her work on the Gamecock to anyone crazy enough to attempt it. Doris Wilkie leaves her popularity to Jacqueline Hammett. Roberta Russell leaves her work in the library to Jewel Watkins. Lillian Carney leaves her peroxide job to Margaret Pack. Martha Qualls leaves her art ability to Lewis Barnwell. Albert Lance leaves his ability to influence people to Kenneth Souther. Willie Mae West leaves her secret of getting an engagement ring to her sister, Marie, and Doris Israel. Betty Jean Fletcher wills her guitar to Norma Ingle. Lucille Connor wills to Helen Barnwell her giggles, hoping she can get rid of them. Vernon McMinn leaves his subtle wit to Jack Holt. Morris Walker leaves his ability to play baseball to Nickie Pressley. Myra Sue Walker leaves her trips to Florida to Kathleen Garren. Doris Emory leaves her work on the annual to the future annual staff. Reva Ballard bequeaths her ability to make A's to Jo Ann Raines. Charles Ruth leaves his title of ''Most Court eous to Joe Wier. Bobby Lee Barnwellleaves his ability to win twenty-five dollars for good citizenship to Sarah Roberts. To Mr. Swofford, Mrs. Edwards, Mr. Hill, Mrs. Croft, and Mr. Francis we leave a carton of 'Stanbacks.
