Besides being athletic director, head football coach, and sponsor of the F Club, he is an excellent handball player. Sur- prisingly enough he is just as much at home in the kitchen as he is on the football field. for he is a master of the culinary arts. OLIVE LEWIS, B. A. - Miss Lewis teaches Physical Education. She also sponsors G. A. A., Girls Trampoline and lunior Red Cross. However she still manages to find time for her favorite hobbies of woodworking and deaf raising flowers. He is an avid sports enthusiast and especially enioys hunting and fishing. He someday hopes to see a World Series or Rose Bowl game. ii N3 ,P-52 RALPH BERGSTROM, B. A.-To win the state basketball championship is the dream of Flathead's outstanding basketball coach. In addition to coaching, Mr. Bergstrom teaches American history and algebra and sponsors the F Club. ms X I F. E. WILSON, B. S.-Mr. Wilson, a long-time member of the F. C. H. S. faculty, teaches driver's train- ing and boys' Physical Education. He also sponsors the Square Dance Club and instructs the trampoline team. In addition to being vocal music di- rector, he is also the commander of the C. A. P. Last summer he studied and traveled extensively in Europe and someday wishes to take the high school choir on tour there. Page 16 OMVALD ARESTAD, B. A.-Mr. Arestad, who is a new member oi our faculty this year, teaches English and is assistant band direc- tor. His favorite activities are woodcraft, hunt- ing and fishing. She is very impressed by the energy and enthusiasm of the student body. DAVID T. ANDERSON, B. A. 6 M. A. Mr. Anderson, sponsor of the Soph- omore class, spends most ol his time gardening and decorating. His secret ambition is to write, and he likes the people best at F. C. H. S. Mr. Anderson is a member ot a state commission which is re- vising the English curriculum. PATRICIA OLAFSON, B. A.-Instructing the freshmen in their duties and responsibilities as students at Flathead is one ot Miss Olatson's biggest iobs as treshman English teacher. Her other school activities include sponsoring Y- teens and Senior Girl Scouts. An avid skier, she makes good use ot the slopes at Big Mountain. CLARA YOUNG, A.
