The pur- pose of this club was to encourage participation in declam, debate, and one-act plays. The local contest produced the fol- lowing winners: Margaret Kenison. poetry; Norma Petschow, oratory; Marlys Eng. humorous; and Sharon Wilcox, dramatic. Front Row: Donna Sorenson, Peggy Scofield, Sandra Hurewitz, Audrey Armstrong, Carol Beach, Sharolyn Schroeder, Eunice Meyer. The wonderful voices you hear every morning are the best that good old F.H.S. has to offer. There is a boys' glee club, a girls' club and a mixed chorus. They sing at different events such as the church banquets, P.T.A., and study clubs. The students go to Madison for the high school music contest in the spring. The senior high school and junior high school give their annual concert in the spring. This consists of girls' glee club, boys' glee club, mixed chorus, junior high glee club and chorus and all the students combined in one big chorus.
