• The Social Studies department includes History, Geography, and Sociology. The overall main objective in History is to de- velop an understanding of and a continuing interest in the significant experiences of the human race. The primary effort of the Geography department is to develop knowledge, understanding, and interest concerning man ' s relation to his physical world.
