EDNA LAVEZZO MARGARET NAGLE DEBORAH ALDEN MARY WILSON PATRICIA SHIPPEE The Miller Hall Council was founded with the building of Miller Hall as a women ' s dormitory. It is composed of five members: a Senior President; a Senior Vice President; a Junior Treasurer; a Sophomore Secretary; and a Freshman representative. The purpose of this organization is to govern the women ' s dormitory and to provide for better group living. cavities in the dormitory began this year with the Freshman Initiation and their Talent Show which proved to be a very enjoyable evening. I he Freshmen retaliated later in the year with a wonderful new idea, Whoopie Nite . During this evening, fair turn-about play occured by which the Freshmen properly initiated the Seniors. ear, besides the annual Halloween Dance, Turkey Trot, and the Christmas Party, they had an hilarious hayride. It was, to say the least, a wee bit cramped, but no one seemed to mind. months and throughout the Spring found Miller Hall girls clicking fast and furiously the designs of popular socks. - will always be a memory connected with the women ' s dorm, helpful and truly devoted to her pirls is the housemother, Mrs. Ruth Phillips. 1 and advisor is this woman who will never be forgotten by those who know and love her.
