XS The Rollstone Boulder is one of the Qcuit erratic boulders brought down by the last y ' Yve glacier from at least one hundred miles 4 north, and left on Rollstone Hill. Because of its interesting history and through the benevolence of Fitchburg citizens, in Stu j Q 1931 it was removed from its position LifQ peA c there to a place near the Unitarian church 13 and placed at the Upper Common as a memorial. Since it is a traditional land- - mark of Fitchburg and because a rock 1 ' conveys the idea of strength and long life , . s the class of 1932 has thought it fitting to ISs name their class book 'The Boulder.' 1932 Boulder Ads 156-184 THE BOULDER Vol. 70 Fitchburg High School 98 Academy St. Fitchburg, MA 01420 4 7 8 11 12 (Me u cUc. 13 edicuiioft two UicUiUf ua i wAo utue done i u tuai lAi nAmy a nd da n ntyrtiy r oM activities, e tAu ioAticcd y Joi nim. t ie a£ Aoo iA(HocasifH jf your toden vn- tAe c aMwom yo-u've cduxiys t i ie i us you i 6est. cou it to t uvn c yau, Q i{yS .
