Zhe Moulder - 1951 ANGELO LOUIS BILIONIS li'ould rather be right than he president. Possessinp a contagious smile and two pleasing dimples, Angle is the type of fellow who constantly keeps a class in an uproar. His deep voice emitting witty remarks is ever welcomed by all. Arguing is his favorite hobby and he is seldom known to lose. To study dentistry is at present his main ambition. RAYMOND LESTER BLOOD My tongue within my lips I reign, For who talks much must talk in vain. Ray is a happy-go-lucky, athletic fellow who is alread ' planning to build his own home in the near future. Possessing a great interest in sports, he knows a few good tricks in basketball, is a rather good skier, and enjoys the thrill of stock car racing. Ray will go into the trucking business with his father after being graduated. JOAN ELLEN BONNALLIE A contented spirit is the sweetness of existence. Here, there, and everywhere is Joan. She never apparently is in a hurry but you can be sure that, hurrying or not, she is on her way to some important club meeting or such. She manages all her activities capably and well, still reserving ample time for lessons. Her infallible good-nature, spirit of co-operation and capability predict four successful years in college. I say I Joe has been the mighty little manager of our track team and has also proved that he can play the smooth master of ceremonies at our assemblies. His home life in Winchendon is a bit of a mystery, but judging from his frequent references to Lulu it must be interesting. Track Manager 3, 4; Debating Club 3, 4; Dramatic Club 3, 4. PHYLLIS ANN BOURGOIN Zealous hut modest. We all know how girls love to talk, yet Phyllis possesses the rare cjuality of never speaking unkindly. In her own shy, quiet way she just takes possession of our affection, promising never to give up even after graduation. Phyllis is a part-time librarian and will make someone a fine secretary. Zhc Uouldet - 1951 NANCY ANN BEACH Take life too seriously, and luhat is it worth? Nancy is an attractive blond girl who comes from Westminster. One would believe she is the quiet type. Her pleasant smile and keen sense of humor have won her many friends. Some of her favorite pastimes include dancing, football games, and summers in Ogunquit, Maine. PATRICIA ANN BEAUCHEMIN Her little tongue is never still, Talk it must and talk it will. Patti, with her ever present smile, is without doubt one of the most amiable lasses in the senior class. Just stop to talk with Pat when you want to enliven the gloomy effects of a blue Monday. It would take too much space to mention all the things she is interested in — her inter- ests are so wide. Pat's ne.xt step is Fitchburg Teachers College and we all know she will be a great success. JOHN ADDISON BEAUMONT And why should life all labor be? Johnnie is a congenial lad on whose face a frown would be a stranger. His constant flow of jokes and riotous fooling have made him ever popular with his classmates. High school days have been much pleasure, work included, in Johnnie's case. We know his light-hearted attitude toward life will brighten future years. Glee Club 2; Junior Assembly; Senior Prom Committee. DIANE SYLVIA BERNARD None knew her but to love her. There's only one word which really fits Dee, and that's sweet. She's good hearted, generous to a fault and genuinely sympathetic. With this personality, plus soft brown eyes and a lovely complexion, it's no wonder she has boy friends galore. Our opinion is unanimous — Diane is a dear ! Basketball 2, 4; Volleyball 2, 4; Ski Club 4; Orchestra 2, 3, 4; Variety Revue 4; Class Play Costume Committee; Class Play Chorus. OLGA BEZERGIS only desire to have follies that are amusing. Olga's chief characteristic is her tremendous vitality and it's usually directive of having a good time. These high spirits made her a natural for the job of leading the school band. Always cooperative, Olga has worked, and worked hard, on an imposing list of committees. Her jobs usually lay in the art department and her clever posters have decorated our bulletin boards over and over again. Zhe Boulder - 1951 ELEANOR ALICE KRODIE One by one she climbs the steps Onward to her goal — success. A hidden spring of charm lies buried within Ellie. It bubbles out continuously, making her a most interesting and well-liked member of our class. Discussions of ps choloj;y (and just plain chatter) rank hifjh on her list of like best to do. Her present ambition is to become an English teacher. She'd make a good one, and we wish her the best of luck. Evie is well known and well liked here at Fitchburg High. .An athlete as well as a scholar, Evie was a perennial winner of the coveted .' miott award, while having her name appear on the honor roll ever. marking. Active in all school functions, Evie is one of our snappy major- ettes who has performed her duty well. She is bound for the University of Massachusetts after graduation. DONALD WAYNE BURKE He who will not hate his joe Need not fear life's hardest blow. Don, with the clipped blond hair and blue eyes, is a resident of Winchendon, but came to our school to benefit from the auto mechanic course offered here. He has a hobby of stamp collecting but surpas- sing this is his great love of puttering around his automobile. He is in the National Guard, but would prefer entering an aircraft school rather than the army. ALBERT EARL CADRETTE He is a man of silence and sense. There arc no high strung ambitions or great dreams of wealth and power for Caddie since he simph' desires to marry a certain girl and settle on a small farm. Here he intends to raise two collies and carr on construction and maintenance work which he does so well. Class Motto Committee. 18
