Iic Moulder 1950 JUDITH FERNALD AHLIN A pleasant girl of the quiet type. A short and graceful girl with friendly eyes, Judy has a free and easy air about her. You will find her always neatly dressed and a very enthusiastic dancer, fond of any kind of social life. Being a good sport. Judy always enjoys a joke, and is a wonderful friend to everyone. As yet, her future plans are undecided. Dramatic Club, 3, 4; Glee Club, 2, 4; Camera Club, 2; Junior Prom Committee, ,i ; 'ariety Revue, 4. MAY-LILLIAN AHO So shines a good deed in a naughty world. That attractive blond who always seems to be busy, but with a very noticeable eagerness to please, is May-Lillian. She is a great sport enthusiast and proves it by her excellent ability in swimming and horse- back riding. After graduation, May plans to help her mother in the real estate business. Junior Prom Committee, 3. OWEN FRANKLIN ALLEN A wan of science is a man of sense. Owen is the undisputed genius of the class. His scholastic ability has won for him many honors, and will probably win many more. His characteristically quiet manner is occasionally upset by a mischievous streak, which not many people have witnessed. We know that he will be a success in whatever he may do. Junior-Senior Relay, 3, 4; Dramatic Club, 3, 4; Boulder. 4; Junior Prom Committee. Junior-Senior Xmas Party. 3 ; Red and Gray, 2, 3, 4; Student Council, 2, 4; Class Play Stage Crew, 4. JOHN THOMAS ANDERSON A friend of the human race. Jack came to us from Rhode Island, during his senior year, and has made quite a hit with everyone. His flashing red hair and friendly smile have made him popular with the boys but even more so with the girls in our class. One of his favorite pastimes is dancing, in which he certainly excels. Jack was also a member of the champion boy's intra- mural basketball team, and in the cast of the fine senior play My Sister Eileen. Class Play, 4; Track, 4. ANN MARIE ANGIE Merrily I make my way through life day by day. Although her favorite sport is baseball, Ann skillfully handles the feminine arts of sewing and cooking. Her job as a waitress at the Deluxe Luncheonette occupies much of her time. We know that with her good nature she is bound to be successful in the future. 14

She is tops in many sports and enjoys participating in them, especially basketball. She can also be remembered for her fine strutting as a majorette. Phyl has a remarkable ability for making and keeping friends. Where- ever she goes she brings happiness, and ever one i; affected b her contagious laughter. His nonchalant walk and his unequaled sense of humor help him to immediate friendship with anyone he meets. Besides playing basketball, he is a great sports enthusiast and attends all school functions. He was a great suc- cess in the Junior-Senior Reception with his imitation of The Tin Soldier and the Rag Boll with Chuckin' Charlie. ern would like to attend the University of Massachusetts after graduation. lie Collider 1950 JOSEPHINE COXCETTA ANZALOXE A merry heart is like good medicine. Josie is one of the sweet and quiet mannered girls in the senior class. Her cute smile and soft pleasing voice will be remembered by many. She always has a cheery Hi I and is noted to be considerate and under- standing of others. Josie possesses heart warmina simplicity. She shows a weakness for anything chocolate and enjoys reading and knitting at any time. 'olleyball. 4. JOSEPHINE CONCETTA ANZALONE Smiles dra'jj smiles. Josie hails from New York and joined us in our senior year. She has a ready smile and a wink for everyone, and is full of fun and energ '. One of our biggest players on the football team. CharUe is also one of our very best He loves to eat. which probably accounts for his physical stamina. It has been rumored that Charlie likes to do a great deal of hunting and fishing, and it seems that he always has sood luck. He can be found wearing the latest in men's apparel at all times. Charlie plans to further his education after graduation. Basketball, 2; Football, 2, 3, 4; Junior-Senior Relav. 3. 4: Track. 2, 3, 4. JE. N WHITNEY B. RNES Wherever she goes she makes life happier. Jean is a tall, willowy brunette with sincere gray eyes. Cheerfulness is indeed one of her strong points, as many of her friends will tell you. She wields knitting needles expertly and sometimes knits behind her desk during class. Perhaps this accounts for the fact that she has made so many garments in so short a time. Dancing, sports, and men are her main interests. Jean plans to attend Fitchburg Teachers College next fall.
