The dean of women's office is concerned with both the inner and outer attitudes and feelings of its women students. lt is vital to strive to implement academic life and to aid each woman in developing as a lady of sensitive charm who builds within herself a stable foun- dation and a deep rooted conviction of the meaning of life. Supplementing this, emphasis is placed on the idea of women in the world today who are involved with great commit- ments in working with others while helping them to realize what they will face in a world that is growing in adventure and complexity.
