PRESIDENTS MESSAGE This annual is a history of what you have accomplished at Fisher Junior Col- lege. As each edition of this book comes into my hands at graduation time, I am touched and heartened by the hard work and achievement that each of you has shown. You have worked, possibly suffered and struggled, but you have proved your worth and THE BEACON testifies to your success. The College is proud of this book and of you. We will follow your subsequent career with the interest of parents, proud that we have been a part of your life and your preparation and your triumphs; and interested always in each of you as an individual, for while we remember you as a class, you are an individual and a personal friend. We have faith in you and faith in your future. Sanford L. Fisher, B.S., Ed.M. President 3
