We were all a bit nervous at first. Would the upperclassmen :im their superiority? Would we get our schedules mixed up? These questions, and others bothered us for awhile, but after' a week things began to run smoothly. We had our first class meeting and the officers were elected. Ruth Alicie We got the ball rolling by selling potato' chips at basketball games and from there the treasury built up steadily. We had a sock dance, a skating party and we hope to have some other activities be- fore the year is over. Our student council members are Joyce Kneisel, Bill Horvath, and Karen Born. K rt Three members of our class were the Reserve Cheerleaders. They were Joyce Kneisel, Melanie Shimer and Karen Born. Quite a few freshmen had nice exhibits at the Science Fair this year. 1 1 We also had representation in almost all of the sports activities.
