Dedication Mr. Robert J. Moore, Assistant Principal, has held the difficultjob of school disciplinarian since 1958. He shoulders the weight of all the unpleasa ant tasks that must be performed. He deals with the problems of all students. When they break the rules, become dimcult to handle, 01' get into seri- ous trouble, it is Mr. Moore who must correct them. When students do not attend classes, it is Mr. Moorelsjob to issue admit slips, and in unex- cused cases to give the proper punishment. He tries hard to make students realize the impor- tance of obeying rules and regulations, and form- ing a good, sound set of values. Besides this extremely demanding job, Mr, Moore has many other responsibilities. He orders all textbooks and sees to their distribution. He is the Iunchroom supervisor and principal ofthe night school and the summer school. He is re- sponsible for the curriculum of the Junior High School. When locks must be distributed or re- turned, it is Mr. Moore who tends to this also. But, in spite ofall these pressures, Mr. Moore remains one of the most colorful personalities at Finneytown. His sense of humor and his willing- ness to help anyone and everyone certainly make him a person that no one will ever forget. Per- haps, as students reminisce about their high school days, they will remember him and appre- ciate the fine job he did at the school. It seems only proper that the 1968 Finis be dedi- cated to a person who is dedicated. It is because of all Mr. Moorels contributions to the school community and his qualifications as an individual that he was chosen. No one else could be more deserving of this recognition.
