izfizenshzp eek Prooes Inspzrzng -Iohn W. Brown, Lieutenant Governor of Ohio, addressed FHS students March 3 at the annual Citizenship Day as- sembly sponsored by the Student Council. Previous to Mr. Brown's speech, citizenship awards were presented to a boy and girl from each class. The Lieutenant Governor emphasized what each citizen has to be proud of by the example of his father, an immigrant miner who had known the absence of freedom. His words were highly in- spirational, and terminated a week of activities honoring the kind of citizen this nation must continue to produce if it is to maintain its standing in the free world. The forceful, congenial personality ofguest speaker Lieutenant Governor john Brown is apparent as he delivers a motivating speech.
