Entertained by Sophomores at Reception. 1943-44 Roll drops to thirty-eight. Class plays host to little Freshmen at Reception. Sophomores buy United States flag for home room. 1 944-45 Nlrs. Painter and Mrs. Bolton, our sponsors, give party for the 41 of us. Lost by three Junior girls: Appendix-Appendix-Appendix. Some of us star in Jerry of Jericho Road. Fred VVertz joins the Navy. Juniors entertain Seniors at Reception. 1945-46 It isn't a new class, it isn't a new school, it is just the Principal ofthe thing. Senior rings arrive in early October. Twenty out of thirty-three Seniors are made members ofthe National Beta Club. Seniors on Gremlin Gazette and CASTLE staffs. Central-Kostel's-Covington. Class of '46 enjoys Junior-Senior banquet.
