Name: ANNE BERG Major: Languages Future Plans: Advanced schooling Anne came to Fillmore from Svolvear, Norway. There are five members in her family. She has an older brother and a younger sister. To come to America, Anne placed her name and recommen- dations with the American Field Service. Out of four hundred ap- plicants from Norway; one hundred and twenty-eight were picked. Anne was one of them. While in Fillmore, Anne has participated in Intra murals, Chorus, All-County Chorus, All-State Sectional, Senior Play, and Student Council. When Anne returns to Norway, she will finish high school. The American Field Service requires that all exchange students return home and finish their education. Anne will be there for two years; however, she states that she likes Fillmore and is in love with America and hopes someday to return.
