FOREWORD For another year the halls and classrooms of Fillmore Central have been the scene of hard work and fun. Confusion seemed to be everywhere, but from that confusion has come the Crest . Through the co-operation that confusion has little by little smoothed itself into a harmon- ious blend of minds. From many hours of thought and work we bring to you a pictorial record of the school year 1955-56, bound together and called the Crest . It's with a feeling of deep regret that we bid farewell to another year at our Alma Mater, so - let the following pages serve as a reminder of the pleasant days we. have spent within the brick walls of Fillmore Central. The Staff CONTENTS Administration Graduation Student Body Sports Activities Advertisements ALMA MATER There's a banner floating o'er us. That we all adore. There's a sacred song and chorus Hail! O Hail! Fillmore! Chorus Where the valley of the river Meets the eastern sky. Proudly stands our Alma Mater - - Dear old Fillmore High. As the years of time roll onward. And life’s work is done. Thoughts of the fond Alma Mater, Back to us will come. The Crest Staff of Fillmore Central School proudly dedicate our 1956 yearbook to KATHERINE CLARK Miss Clark has taught a total of forty years most of which has been in the Fillmore Central School. We commend her on her fine work and effort ever developing high standards of stu- dent character and scholarship. Her influence remains to guide us past the obstacles ahead. We thank her and wish her luck in all the years to come. CREST STAFF Editor ............ Business Manager . Make-up Editor . . Copy Editor . . . . Advertising Editor. Art Editor.........
