Administration and library workers, including students, and administration hall classes, includ- ing teachers, have long complained of the noise in these areas. Committeemen adopted the 1Q42 plan of giving late slips to students found in these halls after lunch. Our individual integrity was sorely tried, no doubt because of the abnormally heavy snowfall. IU! IO! 2? Bequeathed a dead herring, the chairman of the Publication Committee refused to let it be pick- led and bottled. Under his guidance, it came to life and passed a resolution which would have created page editors for the News, but which the Council rejected, feeling that the matter should be left to the discretion of the editors.
