As we look back Over the Sea of Memory we recall our many exciting moments- on the starting line of a drillg when we received our beautiful new uniforms March 4, 19605 when Jan Kloehr presented the baton to the new drum major, Linda Holshouser before the 135 alumni at the reunion banquet on Dec 26, for which the theme was Treasurer Island g and, of course, we were very glad when our director, Harvey Lewis, returned from the hospital in Tulsa after a prolonged stay as the result of an automobile ' accident. Our appreciation to our director for his patience and understanding in teaching us new songs and drills. September 25 football flag raising and sponsored the school dance. August 26 September 3 October 16 football drill. October 24 football flag raising. November 4 flagraising and Coronation of football queen. December 26 reunion banquet and drill. January 8 sponsored school dance. February 9 basketball drill for high school. February 16 basketball drill for college. April 8 had charge of swimmers dance and put on drill. May 7 appeared in Joplin on Parade exhibition . 1 1 l 1
