This year twenty-two members of F. F. A. attended the National F. F. A. conven- tion at Kansas City. The Coffeyville members also acted as host chapter for the South- east Kansas F. F. A. Meat Judging School and Contest, and attended Southeast Kansas F. F. A. Leadership School at Chanute. There were thirteen F. F. A. boys exhibiting a total of 27 head of livestock at the Interstate Fair and Rodeo this year. Amon those who placed in jud in were: Clif- ford Reeves-Znd place reserve champion Siropshire fat la mb, DavidgRoiison-Champ Landroce fat barrow, Ralph I-lolidaty-champ Berkshire male, Jim Lewis-3rd place Berk- shire Gilt, 3rd place Hereford Hei er, Steve Smith-2nd place Berkshire Gilt, Jim Bever champ Shorthorn fat steer, Sth place Hereford fat steer, Grady Young'-cha mp Brown Swiss female of entire show, Tim Harris-Reserve Champion Mantdole ewe, and first place aged Montdole ewe, and Bob Templer-9th place Angus fat steer. Present officers are Ralph Holiday, president, David Robison, vice-president, Jim Bever, treasurer, Bob Templer, reporter, Dana Collins, secretary, and Clifford Reeves, sentinel.
