Foreword The 1967 edition of the ‘TIGER’ represents the close of another chapter in the history of Festus Senior High School. It is our sincere wish that as you read the ‘TIGER’ you will relive the events of this year. We hope that you will find warm happy memories of classmates, teachers, activities, and events that were a part of school life at Festus Senior High in 1966-67. As you review the events of this year, your thoughts may be sober, tender, or turn to the hu- morous side of things. The familiar faces of friends and landmarks around the campus will have a sentimental value for you, we know. Whatever your mood, we hope you will enjoy reading this yearbook with bliss. As editor I hope the 1967 ‘TIGER’ will be one of your most cherished possessions to aid you in recalling happy moments of past school days. The play, written by Philip King, took place in a vicarage in England, but some of the comical things that happened don't usually take place in a parish. An unexpected intruder, Russian Spy, upsets the whole scene and causes an uproariously comical plot. The cast portrayed by the Seniors were: Rosellen Miriani, as Ida the Maid; Alice Zimmerman as Miss Skillon; and Connie Summers as Penelope, portrayed the three female characters. Robert Franklin as Lionel Toop; Barry Bean as Clive; Tim Boyer, the Intruder; Clay Blikey, the Bishop of Lax; Jim Barnhart, Reverend Arthur Humphrey; and Earl Hewitt as Sergeant Towers played the roles of the five male characters. The play was directed by Mr. Daniel Terry. Student director was Russel Weiss. 40 Penn points “THAT WAY!” to unexpected visitors. Bishop of Lax and Clive assist Pcnnelope to couch. Are Born Rev.
