Sherry primps to go on stage—Tom reflects in mirror. Seniors Present 'Time Out for Ginger” The senior play Time Out for Ginger , was presented in the Ralph B. Tynes Gymnasium on December 17 and 18 under the direction of Daniel G. Terry and student director Terry Gibbs. The play was a situation comedy revolving around Ginger (Kim Tharp), the 14 year old daughter of Howard and Agnus Carol (Francis Meyers and Donna Wiese). In an effort to fill her father's wish for a son. Ginger joined the football team. The ensuing confusion affected her family, friends, and neighbors. The family was completed by Joan and Jeannie Carol, 18 and 16 year old daughters of Howard Carol, played by Sheryl Scott and Feme Linde. Eddie Davis (Gerald Chappue) played Joan's boyfriend and the campus bigshot ; and Don Peters played Tommy Green, Ginger's boyfriend. Mr. Wilson (Gary Wright) was the high school principal and Ed Hoffman (Tom Wren) was the bank president—Mr. Carol's boss. The stage manager was Steve Goodwin and the stage crew consisted of Richard Cook, Scotty Kimberlin, Robert Robinson, Jim Bayer, Marvin Thurman, Wayne Renfro, and Nick Borusiewich, JoAnn Martin was in charge of the make-up committee,- Claudia Althauser, Carolyn Esch, Diana Stearns, Donna McClenahan, Sylvia Parriott, Claudia Sinclair, Lulu Welch, Sally Bolle, Beverly Hall, Karen Johnson, Patti Tynes, Phyllis McClenahan, Mary Willoughby, and Sandie Welch. Ron Pope headed the properties Committee. Diane Carrow, Joy Gansner, Sally Bolle, Lynn McKee, Nick Borusiewich, Gayble Callahan, Joyce Gansner, Darlene Alcorn, and Suzanne Walker. Tickets were handled by Anita McCormick, Claudia Althauser, Carol Madison, and Sandra Collins and advertising was done by Chuck Skelton, Feme Linde, and Darlene Sullens.
