Modern Room Makes Home Ec. Fun MISS DORIS MOODY: Home Economics teacher. By this letter I hope to partially convey my gratitude for the fine help from many people who showed their interest and gave their time to make the Home Economic Department of Festus Senior High School functional and attractive. First allow me to express my thanks to the Superintendent and Board of Education of Festus R-6 School District for allowing me to encorporate my ideas in the planning and buying of equipment and supplies for the department. They were very kind and gracious. Beck, Beck Sales Company; Mrs. Marge Barnes, Serveco Equipment Company; Mr. Joe Concilia, Bly Moss Furniture Store; Mrs. Evelyn Godier and Mrs. Gladys Berkemeyer, Gales Department Store. Sincerely, Doris Moody. Mary Ann Dyle, Jayne Smith, Joyce Miller, Eileen Burley, Linda Vinyard, and Elaine Williams enjoy lounging in the living room area of the Home Economics Room.
