BOARD OF EDUCATiO MS OUR Si. Mr. Harry Long. President of Board of Education. Mrs. Sara Wood. Secretary to Mr. Tynes and to Board of Education. Our school board meets the third Wednesday of each month. It has published a booklet called Rules and Regulations” which governs its decisions and facilitates its work. This book states specifically the qualifications and duties required of teachers and administrators, the requirements for admission of students, the rules which govern their attendance and conduct, their policies toward all matters which come under their jurisdiction. 10 Mr. Charles Vogt, Treasurer, Mr. Harry Long, President: Mr. Harry Weier, Vice-President: Mr. W. PRINCIPAL ROBERT L. SHOUSH, B.S., M.A. Mr. Robert Shoush was born in Macon, Missouri. He graduated from Kirksville State College in 1938. Mr. Shoush, his wife Mary Jane, and their two children reside at 1704 Hemlock St. Jane Ann is a freshman at Missouri University and John Robert is an eighth grader at Festus Elementary School. Our principal was located at Clarence Junior-Senior High as their principal and also a former coach before he came to Festus in 1957. In addition to being our principal, Mr. Shoush teaches a mathematics class each year. This school year he taught Geometry.
