Adm., University of Richmond B.D., Duke University Divinity School L.L.D., University of Richmond Dr. Arthur first came to Ferrum in 1954. Since that time the college has experienced phenomenal growth and development. Increasing enrollment, higher academic standards, new buildings and facilities are a partial witness to the progress the college has made under his leadership. What we see today are results of his dreams for Ferrum in the past. What We will see in the future are his dreams for Ferrum today. 19

Mr. Raymond T. Holmes is the Vice-President of Busi- ness Affairs. He is also the Business Manager of the College. Mr. Holmes came to Ferrum in 1957. He holds a B.S. Degree in Business Administration from the Univer- sity of Richmond where he received Phi Beta Kappa honors. He is a certified Public Accountant. It is with much regret that Mr. Holmes leaves us. 1 5 3 ,A Y 9 , 1 3 20 wean gffge Gokye Mr.- Fred O. Wygal is the Dean of the College. Dean Wygal first came to Ferrum in 1964, taking on the position of Dean of Students. In 1965, he assumed his new duties as Dean of the College. He received his A.B. Degree from Emory and Henry Col- lege and his M.A. Degree from the University of Virginia. Mr. Clyde R. Seeley A Business Manager A.B. Drake University Mr. Seeley comes in the second semester as the new Busi- ness Manager of the college.
