junior Oficers The Junior Class of 1958-59 is one of the best rounded classes in high school. Under the sponsorship of Mrs. lrene Pollan and Mr. I . T. Moses, the class highlighted the year with the Junior Play, the Junior-Senior Banquet, and a very enjoyable Christmas party in Dallas. Class officers included: President, Randy Jonesg Vice President, Donald Shawg Secretary-Treasurer, Donna Coleg and Reporter, Jean Whittenberg. Working very hard for the pleasure and treasure of the class were our roommothers Mrs. Randall Jones, Mrs. Clyde Lindsay, and Mrs. Joe H. Whitten berg. Seven of the Junior boys participated on the champion- ship Yellowjacket football team, and four girls were mem- bers ofthe basketball team. Adding much school spirit were one cheerleader, one majorette, two flag bearers, and a number of band and pep squad members. From this class also came a number of personalities, in- cluding the 1958 Band Sweetheart.
