CLASS COLORS lhroon and Ihite CLASS FLOWER Sweet Pea At last the 1939 Round-Up has come Ue've been on the trail four years and it is sad to look back when we remember the dogies we have lost in the brush But now the open range lies ahead In the fall of '35 we rode out into the brush A new crew was added from surrounding ranches They rode into camp on a new bus, the first we'd had liss Goodlett rode with us as boss The fall of '36 found us a little further west It also we camped and held a party for the under crew By the middle of winter another boss took us over, this time it was lies Doris lhite who has ridden with us the rest of the way I have had picnics and the like all along and once that winter some of the ranglers worked up a play for entertainment which turned out to be one of our successes la had s celebration on Pride ,lay 13,1938 at which time we prepared a banquet for the rang ers who were going on a head of us By 1939 we reached the western side and foo herding easier with our new gymnasium correl le got our branding rings early and began work on the annual llmoir immediately le ha two more plays in the mean time to make the herding and riding less monotone A new band was organized during our final ride Ih've had good leaders and good followers, but we are happiest over the herd in our 1939 Round-Up 14 IT . found us with a new boss, lies lilshire.
