Student Council, governing organization elected by members of the four classes, con- trols student activities, acts on student problems, awards letters and emblems, and also appoints managers for the respective athletic teams. It also sponsors a Student Council dance and the Senior Ball. The Board of Trustees deserves our special thanks this year for installation of the loud speaker system, improvement of the parking area, planting of shrubs, installation of electric water heaters and stove, new sweat outlits for gym, musical instruments and additions to practically every other department. Members are W. B. Gries lffhairmanl , Dr. L. R. Codoni fClerkil, Ralph Jacobsen, Dr. Jos. N. D. Hindley, and Theodore Thomsen. Three men with whom students are in almost daily contact are the Custodians, who teach respect for property and the material advantages of a high school education. H.
