BOB JOHNSON Quarterback-Junior Wt.-l6l Ht.-6'0 Bob took over the reins of the club when Mike McCall was injured and did a very commendable job. We hope to see a lot of him next year. BOB BOAST Tackle-Senior Wt.-193 Ht.-6'O” Bob provided much power on the line as an offensive and defensive tackle until an injury in the Windber game. He was really missed for the remainder of the season.

DICK APPLE Halfback-Senior Wt.-157 Ht.-5’9 Serving as one of our co -captains, Dick accounted for 24 of the Stingers’ points this year. He was a good runner and returned punts for many yards. JEFF BARNES Halfback-Junior Wt.-148 Ht.-5'8‘ 2” Jab, in his second year of varsity play, was the leading scorer of the Stingers with 48 points. He also served as the team's punter. STEVE MISKE Halfback-Sophomore Wt.-135 Ht.-5'10” Steve served on the kickoff and receiving team, and he was also a reserve halfback.
