Elmer J. Berkebile has capably served as our high school principal for seven years. He was graduated from Adams Twp. High School and attended Juniata College. He received his master's degree at the University of Pittsburgh. S. Ray Grimm Jr. is a veteran performer with eight years service to our school in the supervising principal capacity. He was graduated from Adams Twp. High School and attended Washington and Jefferson. He received his master's degree at the University of Pittsburgh. Russell R. Grumling, as one of our sponsors, has efficiently backed our school program for four years, acting as assistant supervising principal. He was graduated from the former Dale High School and attended Albright College. He received his master’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh. Richard Rodgers has served as assistant director,” or, in other words, assistant principal at our Dale building. He was graduated from the former Southmont High School and attended the University of Pittsburgh. 6

The yearbook of the Class of ’62 has been dedicated to Mr. Glenn Broucher. Mr. B” is the head of the art department of Ferndale-Dale Schools. Mr. B,” himself a fine artist, instills in his pupils a desire to improve their style and technique. Mr. B’s” summer school is capped with an art exhibit held in the F.D.H.S. gym. Mr. B” is a fine example of a teacher devoted to his work, and the quality of his pupil's projects is all the testimony needed for his skill as an instructor. Mr. B’s” efforts to heighten school different spirit during the sports seasons is an example of his desire to improve our school and bring recognition to it. Mr. B” is a person devoted to his vocation, and who also has the initiative to consistently improve and mold the work of his stu-, dents.

Mrs. Stutzman—our capable high school secretary. Mrs. Stutzman graduated from Johnstown Central High School. As secretary to one of our sponsors, she has kept our show on the go.” Mrs. Koerber—a graduate of the former Ferndale High and Cambria Rowe Business College. She has been an efficient spoke in the wheel” of our school affairs, and has kept us running smoothly. Miss Killinger—a graduate of Dale High School does an efficient job of keeping our Dale Junior High on a smoothly running production schedule.
