Wlat oufaf Happen Senior boy's got out of trouble as easy as they got into it. Boys didn't hog the ping-pong table. Charles Turner ever went to office practice class. Karen Flynn got lockiaw. Rex and Galen didn't get into fights with the Nevada boys. Pat ever finished any proiects in shop class. Seniors ever got anything done at their annual meetings. Helen and Dale weren't always seen together. All of us didn't gripe. Rosella wasn't happy-go-lucky. Willard didn't always have a big smile. Kelly and John weren't seen building a little fire on the school lawn. Mrs. Shaw hadn 't done such a wonderful iob directing the senior class play. Delores made noise like the rest of the iunior girls. Marlene didn 't talk about Willard all the time. Miriam didn't like to play basketball. larry H. went to school activities instead of coon hunting. lois and Clarise wouldn't have gotten into the wrong room during play practice Bernadine didn't write letters to a certain someone in Japan. Mr. Begg wasn't calling Dick Gertrude . Betty Lock didn't giggle. Norman and Leland weren't always playing ping-pong. Betty W. had anymore car accidents. Mrs. Cummings wasn't always telling John to be quiet in English class. Bruce paid attention in English class. Donna and Sharon didn't have straight A's. Ardis didn 't get married. Harley made noise like the rest of the boys. Senior boys didn't entertain Mrs. Cummings in business law and English. Mr. Begg didn't call down the seniors for their own good. Nancy didn't like sports. Dale M. went with girls. Bob Turner wasn't always joking. Doris T. didn't get called nicknames by the senior boys. Ronald didn't have a car. Warren didn't have to be coaxed. Mary Jean and John didn't get into their daily spots. Miss Berrier wouldn't have done such a fine ioo direczing the music groups. Mr. Gable hadn't planned the Chicago trip for us. Kelly ever got his English done on time. Karen Taylor wasn't going steady. larry Mc Kim wasn't always teasing the girls. 24

The play was under the direction of Mrs. Colleen Shaw. Dale Jarooe acted as student director . The plot ofthe play is about a widow hillbilly who is in the pursuit ofa mail order husband. The daughter of the widow oecomes involved when she is mistaken 'For the advertising wife. To make matters worse, the city singing hilloillies return to the hills looking for a new radio talent. lt looks like complete disaster, but in a delightful ending, all is happily'and intelligently solved 23
