17 T That person proves his worth who can make us want to listen when he is with us and think when he is gone. We, the class of 1976, wish to dedicate this book to Mrs. Sharon Norby, our yearbook advisor, our friend, and our teacher. As a teacher, she motivates the student to do his best by encouraging him to believe in himself. This personal style of teaching transcends the walls of her classroom and may well be discov- ered in her lifestyle. In difficult situations, she remains calm and reflects an elementof stability. H e r w ar m and outgoing personality has at- tracted many students and fostered many friend- ships. A quiet and pleasant manner invites re- spect from faculty as well as students and gives a feeling of relaxationto those in need of laugh- ter or comfort. As our yearbook advisor, Mrs. Norby has guided the Traces staffmembers through the maze of layout problems, picture cropping and deadlines. Her patience and efforts have served as an inspiration and resulted in the distinctive yearbooks which have become a trademark of Enrico Fermi High School.
