Z?oarc! of gzclucafion It was the Board of Education that controlled the direction of the policies and finances of the Ferguson Public Schools, and that secured the highest rating which was given by the state. The board was composed of seven members who were elected to serve a three-year term. arenfa C146 The Parents Club met to promote better rela- tions between the teachers and the parents. This organization proved itself indispensible to the Ferguson High School students by providing refreshments at the Christmas Dance, and by contributing floral bouquets for the Crest Corona- tion and for the National Honor Society installa- tion.
