DONALD PERKINS Perks the kind ot a fellow that rates tops with everyone in Fergus High. He battered the opposi- tion's line from his position as tackle on the foot- ball team, and drew plenty ot cheers from the side- lines. Besides being an outstanding athlete, he shows perseverence in his class workg and was one ot the tew who stuck it out with the pretlight course until the end. Don, who also plays basketball, was a charter member of the National Athletic Honor Society. He also appeared in the junior and senior class plays Just to prove that he s not all muscle We wish Don all the luck in the world' Senio rs Pat s warm radiant smile and constant friendliness endear her to everyone Her interest in music has made her trombone a vital part of both the concert and pep bands as well as the orchestral ensemble Pat made the National Honor Society in her iunior year and manages to keep a high standard of schol arship in spite of her many activities She is co editor of our yearbook and spent long hours working to make this the best Annual ever She also works for th Ctter as business man ager and serves as a member of he Student Council Pat is bound to succeed having hitched her wagon to that proverbial star' Page 2l

She also was awarded a trip and a S100 war bond when the gov- ernor drew her name. She has found science to be the most interests ing subject and has maintained a high average.
