Dean of Cooperative Education Co-Op Department Through “trial and error” on-the-job experience, the period of permanent job uncertainty after graduation is lessened or entirely avoided by the Fenn graduate. The somewhat difficult adjustment to the business world has already been made through Co-Op experience. Fenn, being located in the center of an area of a variety of service and civic institutions and industries, is indeed ideally suited for its operation as a cooperative education college. Through the help of its three coordinators and the Dean of Co-oper- ative Training, the student, upon graduation, proudly realizes that he can now interpret basic and specialized knowledge in the light of the realities of present day life. son Robert B.
