For 34 years, you, Mr. Smitter, have been a familiar and beloved figure at our FENGERTOWN. You came here teaching bookkeeping, and later became the sponsor of the COURIER STAFF. Later, the task of obtaining scholarships was put in your capable hands. You have always been a constant source of understanding of our college problems and have guided many of us in our choice of colleges. Both the faculty and students will feel the voidness without you in our lives. Our very best wishes for happiness in your retirement go with you, and we hope that you will always remember your days here at FENCERTOWN with pleasure as we will remember you.
